Why Dropbox? 

Dropbox save my life!

IN 2008 actually In April 2008 when I was a computer teacher, I used to save my work on flash memory and external hard desk, one day I was preparing my work to a big workshop about the E-learning and I work very hard for two months, Suddenly My computer stopped! It’s just stopped working and my external desk was connected with my computer, everything not working! I tried to turn on the external hard disk on my colleague's computer and the shock it’s was not working, the conference next week and I have nothing! I can say that I cried, yes.

I worked hard day and night without stopping. I was in a race against time. I must finish before the conference and I only have 5 days. Ok I did it, but the situation was very stressful and terrifying.

Same year I heard about Dropbox It was new application and how much it is saving, and the announcement about it was that you cannot lose your files after today, so I tried it immediately, and since December 2008 I have been using it and until today, I have not had any problems and I am very happy with it and I cannot work without it.

In 2012 I had same issue with my laptop, before the workshop my laptop freeze while I’m designing my E book but this time because all my file was sync to Dropbox, I fix my laptop and open my Dropbox I found all my files save.

So why I love Dropbox?

Dropbox is the most popular cloud storage system on the market and it continues to improve its features. Dropbox allows users to move files, such as images and video, off their computers and onto a database in the cloud. Furthermore, it lets users save space and share files quickly

1: Automatic File Backup

When I save a file directly to the cloud,The moment a document is saved to Dropbox, it’s backed up. This not only gives peace of mind, it also saves my hardware space. This is because I won’t need to back the file up on my hard drive, And any changes I make adding or deleting it will automatically sync.

2: Dropbox is everywhere 

Dropbox works on all platforms I use windows, Mac, IOS and android on computer or mobile, so anywhere I move my files with me and I can work on it.

3: Dropbox synchronization work

Dropbox synchronization is robust and efficient, for me I used google drive and I saw that Dropbox work faster and better for me than goggle drive.

4: includes selective sync

Dropbox includes selective sync, so I don’t have to store all my Dropbox contents on all my device’s, I can choose the folder that I want to sync it or I can sync all my files, for example I sync all my files except the photos because I already use iCloud for my photos.

 5: With Dropbox you can save spaces on your device and save your files
