I'm Fatemah Mahmoud, a surface pattern designer and founder of Monor Design, based in Kuwait.

Some of my collections are rooted in the Gulf, drawn from its landscapes, trees, and landmarks. Others come from gardens, orchards, and places I have discovered around the world. Every one begins with a story, and every one is developed into patterns ready for commercial licensing: home textiles, wallcoverings, rugs, and wall art.
